Website terms
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
This website is run by EXPORT FOR ALL LIMITED, trading as The Vet at Home, a veterinary export certification and home visit service, registered in England and Wales, company no. 13616235, registered office 24 Little Comptons, Horsham, RH13 5UW. Contact: roxana@exportforall.co.uk, 07931 254496.
Prices
This website doesn't show fixed prices. We tell you the cost of a certificate or a visit before it is booked, and that is the price that applies.
General information, not veterinary advice
The information on this website is general. It is not advice about your animal and does not replace an examination. Official export and travel rules are set by the UK government and the destination country and can change; always check the current rules on GOV.UK. In an emergency, contact your nearest emergency vet clinic.
Enquiries and bookings
Sending a message or a form does not create a contract. The date, what is included and the cost are agreed with you before each visit or certificate.
Photos and content
The illustrations and some photos on this website are illustrative; the cats shown at home are the vet's own pets. The text and logo belong to EXPORT FOR ALL LIMITED.
Links to other websites
This site links to services we don't control, such as WhatsApp, GOV.UK and Google. We're not responsible for their content or how they use your information.
Liability
We're not liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Your information
How we handle the details you send us is explained in the privacy notice.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
